1. Introduction

Welcome to JNWRLD ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website, jnwrld.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, please do not use our Site.

2. Orders and Payment

• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantity of items.
• Pricing: Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products.
• Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other methods as specified on the Site.

3. Shipping and Returns

All sales final, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Unclaimed Orders: Orders returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable are not reshipped at our expense. Customers must either provide a new prepaid shipping label or cover a re-shipment fee issued by JNWRLD, which includes all applicable shipping and handling costs. Orders will only be resent once payment or a valid label is received. If we do not receive a response within seven (7) days, the items will be returned to stock and the order will be considered closed.

Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping costs. JNWRLD is not liable for any customs-related fees or delays. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Order Processing: All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays or periods of high volume. Fulfillment times may vary for made-to-order items, which will be noted on the product detail page. Order confirmations and updates will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate before placing your order. Order modifications and cancellations cannot be accepted. Please double-check your cart, including items and sizes, before completing checkout.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees, along with any customs or duties charges, are non-refundable. We are not responsible for packages once tracking information confirms that delivery has been completed. We only respond to inquiries for orders placed through jnwrld.com. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

However, if there is an issue with your shipment, please email contact@jnwrld.com and we will do our best to assist.

Lost Packages: Customers must notify us within seven (7) days of the marked delivery date if their order has not been received. If we do not receive notice within this timeframe, we will be unable to initiate a lost package case or provide further assistance.

Returns Policy: All sales are final.

Exchanges: JNWRLD does not accept general exchanges. Exchanges will only be honored for sizing requests. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and the item must be unworn. If the returned item meets these conditions, we will exchange it for the same product in a different size, pending availability. Shipping and any associated duties must be covered by the customer.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by JNWRLD or its content suppliers. You cannot use it without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

JNWRLD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our Site or products.
